Solid pipe design and hydraulic hose routings of the machine using PRO/E.Appropriate hydraulic fittings (SAE, ORFS, BSP, NPTF, JIS, banjo) were selected based on flow and pressure ratings at different parts of the machinery.
Selection of hydraulic components of the machine (loader and backhoe control valves, pump, hydraulic hoses) based on market requirements for different configurations of the BHL. Analysis was carried out using Hypermesh. Structural design of the backhoe (swing and sliding brackets, arm, boom, and bucket), stabilizers, fuel tank and hydraulic tank using PRO/E. New product design, development and prototype assembly of 6 different models of the Backhoe Loader (BHL).
